These are examples of work you will NOT experience with the Asphalt Doctor!
These jobs were competed in the Flathead  Valley in 2005-2006
Notice the sealcoat not only on the parking curbs, but also on the side of the building.  This job was done by one of the largest sealcoaters in the Flathead Valley!  Do you think the owner was still happy with the "great price?"
Commercial work should not by synonymous with sloppy.  Here at Savik Asphalt Maintenance, we keep the sealer on the asphalt, not the concrete, house, or garage doors.
This is actually a glob of sealcoat left on the jobsite.  Compare it to the size of the footprints.  They left the same signature a block away. Nice!  Do you think the homeowner was still excited about saving a few dollars?
There's nothing like the embarrassment of living in a $400,000 house and having your sealcoat smeared clear into the street.  This crew actually taped the exit for a sharp line, but then overshot the line by several inches (and left the tape under the sealcoat)..  90% of this job was fine, but the details separate the pros from the budget workers.
Sealcoating Hall of Shame
This gentleman thought my estimate was too high.
I wonder if he's happy.   Nothing like adding sealcoat to your expensive stained concrete curbing!
Time needed to complete the job is a large factor of sealcoating prices.  We do charge a bit more (not much) because we take longer, preventing this type of accident.  These are also "one coat" jobs rather than the two coat industry standard.  Good thing!  Imagine what they could do if they came back a second time!!
